dealing with problems with online casinos
|
|
Most problems that are experienced by online casino patrons are
resolved quickly and usually in the patron's favor. Online casinos
are competive businesses and they rely on prompt customer
service to help in retaining customers. Just like in Vegas, they
don't want you to look for the exit.
If your problem seems to be unanswered or the answer that you
have is unsatisfactory, you may wish to take further action.
You may notify the Interactive Gaming Council of the specific
problem. This is extremely helpful if the casino in question is a
member of the IGC. If not, it will probably not be able to help.
Notify the Webmaster of this site
if your complaint is with one of our recommended casinos and we
will be only too happy to look into it and liaise with the casino in
your behalf.
This site is a member in good standing of the Gambling Portals
Webmasters Association (GPWA). They are very active in support
of both gamblers and webmasters and can bring a voice to the
gambling community in redressing any wrongs to players by
casinos. The banner is linked for verification of accredition.
Many casino operators visit forums as much as players and
voicing your concerns will most often bring a quick reply from the
casino.
